Verbatim Directions to Locality: at edge of parking lot, McLaren Lodge, near Stanyan St., between Fulton and Fell Sts., Golden Gate Park, San Francisco.
Plant Morphology Observations: mature fr. brownish; nutlets tan to tannish white. Branchlets a dullish, somewhat bluish green, with much paler, very thin striations; nodes a pale yellowish color. Three trees, branching from 10 to 20 feet up, had spreads of ca. 40 ft. and hgts. to ca. 35 ft. Many of the smaller branches were drooping, some to within 5 ft. of the ground. The bark, more or less scarred by sapsucker holes, was a medium gray and was relatively smooth.
Local Abundance Observations: Three trees.
