Verbatim Directions to Locality: marly bank between earth road and drainage canal where road [crosses] swamp or branch bay, "somewhere" southeast of Wacissa.
Habitat: moist to wet marly bank between earth road and drainage canal.
Plant Morphology Observations: All leaves unlobed. Petals greenish white basally, violet at first anthesis, fading to pale violet; almost or more than doubling in size from first anthesis to time they commence to shrivel; petals variously violet-veined.
